You may notice my brand is a peacock feather. Did you know there are three types of a peacock? The blue peacock lives in India and Sri Lanka, while the green peacock is found in Java and Myanmar (Burma). A more distinct and little-known species, the Congo peacock, inhabits African rain forests.
My logo is an amalgamation of the Indian and Java species – blue and green.
A peacock feather is said to absorb negative energies and protect the wearer from any bad happenings. It is also thought of as a symbol of good luck in most parts of the world.
Whilst the feather absorbs negative energies the peacock is a symbol of integrity, honesty, and the beauty we can achieve when we endeavour to show our true colours.
It is also interesting to discover that the myths and legends surrounding this beautiful feathered species - the peacock symbolism carries portents of Nobility, Guidance, Protection and Watchfulness.
The colour palette and fonts of my brand have been carefully selected to depict the calming colours of blue water transforming the ripples to form a 'Lake'. The peacock colours demonstrate compassion and loyalty and the bright sunshine colour of yellow taps into my great sense of humour.
The colours, font and creativity in my logo and branding bring together the qualities required for NLP Coaching. Change, Transformation, and Empowerment.
I am delighted to portray these attributes and techniques in my NLP portfolio, in my training of individuals and as part of my workshops.
